Waldo Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring Front of House Team Members to join our friendly team. You’ll welcome customers, deliver warm hospitality from the moment they walk in, and ensure every guest leaves happy.

Experience isn’t essential; we’ll teach you everything you need. This role offers hourly pay with tips, flexible contracts, staff meals on every shift, and Staff discounts from day one across all Loungers brands.

We're hiring Front of House Team Members to join Waldo Lounge, a local café bar. Part of Loungers, proudly named Casual Dining Group of the Year 2026. What You'll Do

• Welcoming customers and delivering warm, genuine hospitality from the moment they walk in
• Serving food to a high standard, making sure every dish lands just right
• Preparing and serving drinks to spec — coffees, cocktails, and everything in between
• Keeping the bar prepped, stocked, and clean throughout every shift
• Handling payments accurately and answering customer queries, including allergen questions, with confidence
