Signature Group in Scotland is seeking team-minded individuals for Bar and Floor Duties across its venues. You will greet customers, prepare drinks, manage the floor, and ensure safe, accurate cash handling while delivering exceptional service.

Bar and Floor Duties

• Customer Service - Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their visit.
• Bar Operations - Prepare and serve drinks, manage the bar area efficiently, and ensure all drink orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.
• Floor Management - Assist in overseeing the floor, ensuring tables are clean, orders are taken promptly, and customers are satisfied with their service.
• Health & Safety Compliance - Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring the bar and floor areas are clean and safe for both staff and customers.
• Cash Handling & Transactions - Process customer payments accurately, manage cash registers, and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.

Required Skills

• Customer Service Excellence - Strong ability to engage with customers, anticipate their needs, and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Communication Skills - Clear and effective communication with customers, team members, and management to ensure smooth service and coordination.
