Platinum Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious private estate in West Sussex to recruit a Senior Sous Chef. You will lead the kitchen team and help shape daily menus, events, and banquets across the estate.

The role emphasizes creativity with locally sourced, organic produce and a commitment to exceptional guest experiences. Working alongside the Head Chef, you will manage high-volume events, maintain quality standards, and develop dishes for private parties and weddings.

• Experience in high-volume events environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support the day-to-day food operation of the main house.
• Develop and manage the kitchen team and workflow with the Head Chef.
• Oversee banquets, private parties, weddings, and afternoon teas with menus designed around local organic produce.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation across events.
• Work with estate teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Collaborate to create memorable dining experiences for guests and clients.
