Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie in a catering/hospitality environment.
• Strong team leadership and mentoring skills for junior chefs.
• Demonstrates high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your section in the banqueting kitchen and ensure service runs smoothly.
• Support and mentor junior chefs to develop skills and confidence.
• Maintain high standards in presentation and quality of dishes, and manage stock efficiently.
• Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
