The Midland in Manchester, part of Leonardo Hotels, is seeking a Chef de Partie - Banqueting to lead their section and uphold top standards of food preparation and presentation. You will work with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver exceptional dining experiences for high-profile events across multiple venues within the hotel.

Ideal candidates are passionate about food, take responsibility during service, mentor junior chefs, and thrive in a busy banqueting environment.
