Leonardo Hotels’ Midland property is seeking a Chef de Partie for its busy banqueting kitchen. You will own a section, work closely with the Sous and Head Chef, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for high-profile events across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie in a catering/hospitality environment.
• Strong team leadership and mentoring skills for junior chefs.
• Demonstrates high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of your section in the banqueting kitchen and ensure service runs smoothly.
• Support and mentor junior chefs to develop skills and confidence.

Chef de Partie - Banqueting Kitchen

As a Chef de Partie, you will be a key member of our Banqueting Kitchen team, taking ownership of your section and ensuring the highest standards of food preparation, presentation, and service. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences for a wide range of high-profile events across multiple venues within the hotel.

• Take responsibility for managing and maintaining their designated section during service.
