The role:

Exciting opportunity for a Banking & Finance Associate 3-5 years PQE to join a dynamic practice in Bristol.

This dynamic Banking & Finance team advises on a wide range of banking and finance transactions on the lender and borrower side. In line with a string of recent successes and a surge of work, they are looking to bring in another Solicitor or Associate.

This hire can expect a fantastic amount of exposure and you'll be included in transactions from early stages of structuring, through to the completion of a deal. The scope of work will be broad, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, clearing bank panel transactions, supporting our corporate team with MBOs and private equity transactions and supporting their R&I team on restructurings.

This firm is committed to investing heavily in the next generation of homegrown talent and, as such, will encourage you to shadow seniors on high-level tasks/meetings, as well as introduce you to their business development network so you can start building up your name in this space.
