The Team:

The Banking & Finance team within this firm is renowned for handling complex, high-profile transactions both domestically and internationally. With experience spanning acquisition finance, project finance, real estate finance, structured finance (including securitisation structures), and asset-based lending, the team works with a diverse range of clients, including borrowers, sponsors, and lenders.

You'll gain exposure to significant transactions across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, transport, and real estate, with deals ranging from £1 million to £1 billion. The team regularly works on cross-border mandates, advising international clients and collaborating with law firms worldwide. Prestigious clients include HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, Metlife, Kreos Capital, Tristan Capital, Mobico, and Beechbrook Capital.

The team places a strong emphasis on nurturing talent and offers comprehensive training, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. You'll have the chance to collaborate with senior lawyers and gain direct exposure to high-value transactions, all while contributing to innovative projects.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Banking & Finance Associate with 1+ years PQE to join a highly regarded team in Bristol. As an associate, you will be exposed to a broad variety of work, including advising on complex financing transactions and drafting key documents such as credit agreements, intercreditor agreements, and security paperwork.

You will also play an integral role in high-profile cross-border deals, gaining valuable international experience.

You will work closely with Partners and senior lawyers, who will provide mentorship and allow you to take on significant responsibility. The firm is committed to fostering the growth of its associates and will support you in building your legal expertise and business development network.

The Ideal Candidate:
