Job summary

Concept Resources in Dartford is seeking a reliable Cleaner to work within a banking environment. You will maintain a clean, safe and presentable workspace in line with site procedures.

This Temp to Perm role requires punctuality, independence and the ability to follow site rules. DBS screening may be required, and you must have valid right to work documentation and be comfortable with lone working and alarm panel operations.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work to a high standard.
• Able to work independently and follow site procedures.
• DBS screening is required where specified for the role.
• An adverse credit check is required.
• 2 years of employment history must be provided.
• Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction.
• You must be comfortable with lone working, key-holder duties and using an alarm panel where applicable.
• Use of the site telephone time and attendance clocking system is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Cleaning washroom and communal areas where required.
• Replenishing consumables and reporting stock or maintenance issues.
• Following site-specific health, safety and security procedures.
