Job summary

Concept Resources in Wokingham is recruiting a reliable Cleaner to work in a banking environment. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe and presentable environment while following site cleaning, security and safety procedures.

The position is initially temporary with the potential to go permanent. DBS screening and adverse credit checks are required, and you must provide 2 years of employment history and valid Right to Work documentation at induction.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work to a high standard.
• Able to work independently and follow site procedures.
• DBS screening is required where specified for the role.
• An adverse credit check is required.
• 2 years of employment history must be provided.
• Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction.
• You must be comfortable with lone working, key-holder duties and using an alarm panel where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Cleaning washroom and communal areas where required.
• Replenishing consumables and reporting stock or maintenance issues.
• Following site-specific health, safety and security procedures.
