Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking a reliable Cleaner for a banking environment in Oswestry to cover a temporary vacancy. You will maintain a clean, safe and presentable workspace in accordance with site procedures and security requirements.

The role requires punctuality, independence and the ability to follow instructions. Experience in cleaning is preferred, and successful applicants must complete any required banking-site screening and provide Right to Work documentation on induction.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work to a high standard.
• Able to work independently and follow site procedures.
• Any required banking-site screening must be completed before starting.
• Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction.
• You must be comfortable with lone working, key-holder duties and using an alarm panel where applicable.
• Use of the site telephone time and attendance clocking system is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Cleaning washrooms and communal areas where required.
• Replenishing consumables and reporting maintenance issues.
• Following site-specific health, safety and security procedures.
