Job summary

Concept Resources in Gloucester is recruiting a reliable Cleaner to work within a banking environment. You will maintain a clean, safe and presentable area by following site cleaning, safety and security procedures.

The role requires DBS screening where specified, an adverse credit check, and at least 2 years of employment history. You must be comfortable with lone working, key-holder duties and using an alarm panel, and you must have valid Right to Work documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work to a high standard.
• Able to work independently and follow site procedures.
• DBS screening is required where specified for the role.
• Adverse credit check is required.
• 2 years of employment history must be provided.
• Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction.
• You must be comfortable with lone working, key-holder duties and using an alarm panel where applicable.
• Use of the site telephone time and attendance clocking system is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly.
• Cleaning washroom and communal areas where required.
• Replenishing consumables and reporting stock or maintenance issues.
• Following site-specific health, safety and security procedures.
