Concept Resources is recruiting a Cleaning Operative to work in a secure banking environment in Crawley. The role is part-time with a potential path to permanent employment and offers weekly pay and full induction.

Hours total 9 per week, with shifts Monday to Friday late afternoon and Saturday sessions. Responsibilities include cleaning offices and banking areas, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising, while complying with health, safety and site security procedures as a lone, trusted team member.

Qualifications

• Commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Able to work confidently as a lone worker.
• Comfortable acting as a key holder and operating alarm systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability.
• Professional appearance and conduct.

Responsibilities

• General office and banking environment cleaning.
• Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and polishing.
• Cleaning washrooms and staff welfare facilities.
• Emptying waste and recycling bins.
• Sanitising high-touch surfaces.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Following health & safety and site security procedures.
• Opening, securing and locking premises when required.
• Working independently in a secure environment.
