• Help customers with their needs, delivering confident, friendly, human support as first direct is known for.
• Listen to customer requirements with empathy, understand their needs and provide clear information and solutions to ensure top-notch service.
• Follow set processes and be confident working with technology.
• Full-time roles are 35 hours per week with varied patterns, including evenings/weekends, and at least 2 days off together.
• Complete a ten-week onsite training programme with ongoing support for career growth.
