Qualifications

• Provide resolutions for customer queries across multiple channels.
• Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, risk to meet client needs.
• Comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies relating to customer care.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Offer face-to-face guidance to Retail Banking customers in branch or local hubs.
• Support risk management, compliance and collections as needed.
