Job summary

Metro Bank in Leeds is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to help customers make confident financial decisions and to provide personalised support. No prior banking experience is required, and training will be provided to become a trusted banking professional.

You will work full-time (37.5 hours across 5 days) with shifts from 8:45am–5:15pm or 9:00am–5:30pm, possibly including Saturdays. Training begins at Bradford/Sheffield before Leeds store opens, and travel expenses are
