Qualifications

• Experience with Cobol, Abend-aid and DB2 database fact finding.
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts and incident, problem, change management.
• Knowledge of ServiceFirst / ServiceNow (SNOW) for ticketing and workflow.
• Experience with mainframe tools like TWS and IBM IMS is beneficial.
