Qualifications

• Experience in learning disabilities care is essential.
• Compassionate, person-centred approach to support.
• Ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with colleagues and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily routines to promote independence and choice.
• Provide support with personal care while maintaining dignity.
• Assist with health care needs and medications as required.
• Help individuals develop life skills, budgeting, shopping and paying bills.
• Support social, emotional, and recreational activities and community engagement.
