Job summary

Landau Ltd is seeking a Bank Support Worker in Stoke-on-Trent to provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities. You will assist with life skills, independence, and participation in educational, vocational and community activities within the training centre and community.

As a Bank Support Worker, you will help maintain care plans, safeguarding and wellbeing requirements, while supporting learners' progress and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities.
• DBS check and safeguarding compliance required.
• Ability to work flexibly in a team in centre-based and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support in line with individual care plans.
• Deliver tailored support and interventions with tutors.
• Support participation in centre-based and community activities.
• Provide 1:1 support per personal care plans and risk assessments.
• Maintain accurate daily notes, incident reports and support plans.
• Promote safeguarding and confidentiality policies.
