Agincare Weymouth is seeking a Bank Support Worker for our Bordon service to help adults with learning disabilities live more independently. You will provide person-centred support, assist with personal care, and join clients on activities in the community to promote choice and safety.

We offer full training up to QCF Level 5, career development, the opportunity to work with a values-led team, and benefits including a pension, discounts, and a referral bonus.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach; willingness to learn and build trust.
• Experience in care or support work preferred.
• Team player who values consistency.
• Full UK driving licence.
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK.
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5.
