Agincare Group in Essex is seeking a Bank Support Worker to help individuals with learning disabilities live independently and with dignity. You’ll provide personal care, assist with daily routines, and build meaningful relationships in a person-centred approach.

The role offers ongoing training up to QCF Level 5, a full UK driving licence is preferred, and the team values a calm, patient, and caring attitude. This is a bank/zero-hours style opportunity with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience required
• A Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5
