Compass Community is recruiting a Bank Support Worker to join our children's homes. You will support children and young people in care, helping them develop self-esteem and transition into adulthood while maintaining a caring, non-judgemental environment.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds, including those with no previous experience, and provide a comprehensive induction, ongoing training and structured supervision to help you grow in the role.

Formación

• Must be 22 years of age or older to meet Ofsted regulations.
• Caring, compassionate and able to build positive relationships with others.
• Has a valid manual driving licence.
• Can remain calm in challenging situations.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with children and young people in care, placing them at the centre of everything you do and safeguarding them.
• Meet a variety of children and young people, some requiring high levels of supervision and support.
• Assist with the care of our children and young people, supporting them in all aspects of life including activities, hobbies and educational pursuits.
• Create timetables and set boundaries and expectations for the children.
