Job summary

Compass Community Limited is seeking caring, resilient individuals to join our team as Bank Support Workers in our children's homes across the UK. You will help children and young people in care, build positive relationships, and support their daily needs with safeguarding at the forefront.

Previous experience is welcome but not essential; we provide a comprehensive induction, ongoing training, and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Needs to be caring, compassionate and able to build positive relationships.
• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive induction and ongoing training provided.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with children and young people in care, building positive relationships and safeguarding.
• Meet a variety of children and young people, some requiring supervision and support.
• Assist with care, activities, hobbies and educational pursuits.
• Create timetables and set boundaries and expectations for the children.
