Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous care experience is desirable but not essential as full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support the care team to ensure high quality care for residents.
• Ensure care plans are regularly reviewed and updated.
• Engage with residents with dignity and respect, adapting to individual communication needs.
• Administer and record medications as prescribed with accurate monitoring.
• Encourage residents to participate in daily living decisions and promote independence.
