Shaw Healthcare in Burgess Hill is seeking a Bank Support Worker for Forest View, a 60-bed dementia care home. The role is bank/zero hours with shifts 07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00 and pays £13.80 per hour. This position offers flexible hours in a caring, values‑driven environment.

No prior experience required. You’ll receive full training and ongoing support to help residents live well and maintain their dignity, choice and independence.

Job Responsibilities

As a Bank Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. This will include, but not limited to:
