Shaw healthcare is seeking a Bank Support Worker at Deerswood Lodge in Crawley, West Sussex. This role is bank, zero hours, with shifts 07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00 as needed, and a pay rate of £13.80 per hour.

You will provide person-centred care, assist with bathing, dressing and hygiene, maintain accurate care records, and support residents with dignity and inclusion. No prior experience required; training and development are provided.

Hours: Bank - Zero hours
Shift Times: As/when needed in service -12hr shifts (07:45-20:15 or 20:00-08:00)

Job Responsibilities

As a Bank Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. This will include, but not limited to:

• Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
• Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
• Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
• Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
• Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
