Successful candidates will undertake an enhanced DBS check. The role offers flexible bank shifts, ongoing coaching, peer support and employee discount benefits, with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour plus annual leave accrual.

We are looking for an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care. You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at Cygnet Hospital Kidsgrove. Cygnet Hospital Kidsgrove is our hospital for women in Staffordshire. There are two wards at the hospital; a 20 bed Acute service for women and an 11 bed Highly Specialised Personality Disorder Rehabilitation service. Crocus Ward provides a safe and stabilising environment for women who are experiencing an acute episode of mental illness and require an emergency admission. Burleigh Ward provides specialised support for women with a personality disorder and other complex needs.
