Job summary

The Avenues Trust Group is recruiting Bank Support Workers to join our services in Shropshire, including Shrewsbury, Oswestry and Wem. If you have compassion, energy and a can‑do attitude, this role can be highly rewarding for you.

You will support adults with learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge, helping them enjoy daily life, stay connected with family and manage personal finances. A full UK driving licence is essential and shifts include mornings, afternoons, waking

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the management of personal finances
  • Keeping homes clean, comfortable and welcoming — including shopping trips
  • Providing and encouraging personal care in a respectful, empowering way
  • And most importantly — enjoying what you do!
