The Avenues Group is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our PBS service in Hildenborough, Tonbridge. You’ll assist five men with learning disabilities, autism and communication needs, helping them live more independently with dignity.
This zero-hours role requires a driving licence with access to a vehicle due to the rural location, and a proactive, person-centred approach to enable meaningful daily activities and community involvement.

For this role it is required to have some mode of transport e.g driving licence with access to a vehicle or motorbike as this service is in a very rural location.

You'll know how important consistency is and recognise that the relationships you build can significantly improve a person's confidence, wellbeing and overall quality of life.
