Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a confident Bank Care & Support Worker to help residents at The Daley Care Centre in Sheffield. The role offers flexible hours across days, nights and weekends, providing essential care to people with high nursing needs.

You will work with registered nurses and in-house therapists to deliver individualized support, assist with medical/welfare needs, maintain a safe environment and uphold DBS requirements for safeguarding.

We are looking for a confident Bank Care & Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working a flexible contract with hours available across Days, Nights and Weekends, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at The Daley Care Centre.

The Daley Care Centre is a specialist Neurological Complex Care service in Sheffield, dedicated to supporting individuals with high nursing needs, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and complex neurological conditions.

Our dedicated team of registered nurses, support workers, and in-house therapists work together to deliver comprehensive care and support with measurable outcomes.

Your Day-to-Day…

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
