Job summary

Cygnet is seeking a confident Bank Care & Support Worker to help improve lives at The Daley Care Centre in Sheffield. You will join a specialist neurological care team providing high-nursing-support and ABI-friendly services, with a focus on compassionate, person-centered care.

The role is flexible across Days, Nights and Weekends, offering an hourly rate of £13.00 and an annual leave allowance. You’ll work with qualified nurses and therapists to support independence and wellbeing.

You'll be working a flexible contract with hours available across Days, Nights and Weekends, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at The Daley Care Centre.

The Daley Care Centre is a specialist Neurological Complex Care service in Sheffield, dedicated to supporting individuals with high nursing needs, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) and complex neurological conditions.

Our dedicated team of registered nurses, support workers, and in-house therapists work together to deliver comprehensive care and support with measurable outcomes.

Your Day-to-Day...

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
• Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required
• Safeguard
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for all
