Job summary

Cygnet Healthcare in the UK is seeking a Bank Support Worker to join our team at Cygnet Ashbrook. You will work flexible bank shifts, 12-hour days or nights, delivering compassionate care to residents under our care.

You will provide physical and emotional support, learn individuals' needs, and report welfare needs. Safeguard and maintain a safe, clean environment. DBS check required.

Cygnet Healthcare is looking for an experienced Bank Support Worker to join our team working at Cygnet Ashbrook.

You'll be working flexible bank shifts, either12 hour days or nights, making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cygnet Ashbrook.

You will:

• Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all our service users, patients & residents
• Provide guidance and encouragement through physical & emotional support
• Learn about individuals' specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way
