Agincare is recruiting at our Melksham service for a Bank Support Worker. You will provide person-centred support, help with personal care, and enable individuals to live independently in the community.

The role includes activities, community outings and holidays while building trust and safeguarding the people we support. This position offers full training, ongoing support, pension, and progression opportunities within a values-led team.

Qualifications

• Calm, patient and caring approach with willingness to learn and build trust.
• Team player who values consistency.
• Must have a Full UK driving licence and able to commit long-term to roles.
• Right to work in the UK with at least 12 months remaining.

We're looking for:

• A calm, patient and caring approach with the willingness to learn and build trust
• A team player who values consistency
• A Full UK driving licence
• At least 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK
• Excellent career development opportunities and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5

Who you'll support

Youll be supporting multiple individuals with learning disabilities at our Melksham service to thrive and live as independently as possible. Youll help with personal care and daily routines, while building meaningful, lasting connections. From supporting days out in the community to holidays and new experiences, Youll ensure their care is truly person-centred, respecting their choices, promoting their safety and helping them do the things they love most.
