Magnolia Lodge (rated Good by the CQC) is a care home which provides residential care and accommodation for up 10 x adults who have learning and physical disabilities. The home is a large detached building situated on a main road on the outskirts of Reading. It is situated near to local amenities and public transport.
You will:
We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
