CareTech seeks a Bank Support Worker in Bexhill-On-Sea, East Sussex to provide person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health needs, or physical disabilities. This flexible role involves assisting with daily living, promoting independence and wellbeing, and working as part of a supportive team.
Applicants should be caring, patient and flexible, with good communication skills. Training is provided, including an induction programme and DBS checks funded by CareTech.
Location: Bexhill-On-Sea, East Sussex
Rate: £13.03 per hour

This wonderful service is set within a large Victorian detached house - just a 10 minute walk from the seaside.
Ashcroft House support up to 7 Service Users with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, autism, mental healthand at times some behaviours which may challenge.
Ashcroft House creates such a warm and welcoming feel, a real home from home atmosphere for their residents.The Service Userswho reside at Ashcroft House enjoy horse-riding, going to the cinema andtheatre, attending sea life center's and lots of animal related activities.They equally enjoy picnics in the park, walks on the beach, anything Disney and all have varied music and films preferences – I think it is fair to say, that there is never a dull moment at this service!
We’re seeking people who are caring, patient, and respectful, with a positive and resilient approach. You should be confident working independently and within a team, have good communication skills, basic IT and written abilities, and be flexible and reliable.
No previous experience? No problem! If you have the passion, we’ll provide full training and a structured induction programme.
