Job summary

Community Integrated Care is seeking Bank Support Workers in Hinckley (LE10) to provide person-centred care for individuals in a home setting. You will have consistent shift patterns, be supported by a close-knit team, and help residents live their best lives.

Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:

We need Passionate, Reliable, Bank Support Workers who are located in Hinckley, Leicester (LE10).

We live in two flats-one upstairs and one on the ground floor. Both have open-plan lounge and kitchen areas, which makes the space feel comfortable and homely. We also share a communal garden.

There's on-street parking, and we have one car park space for our mobility vehicle. The area is calm and peaceful, which suits us well.

We're between 43 and 55 years young.

We're close to local amenities, with shops, pubs, a church, hairdressers, and a chemist all about a 10-minute walk away. Bus stops are around 15 minutes away, and the train station is just over a 20-minute walk.

What you'll be doing

We have two staff supporting us from morning through to the evening, with one staying on for the sleep-in. There's also an extra staff member who comes in for six hours during the day.

Our staff work shifts from 08:00am-14:30pm, 09:00am-13:30pm, and 14:30pm-21:00pm or 22:00pm, with a sleep-in from 22:00pm to 08:00am.

All of the staff supporting us are trained in important areas like safeguarding, DoLS, Positive Behaviour Support, as well as specific training such as diabetes care.

About you:
