Agincare Weymouth is seeking a caring BankSupport Worker to join our Dorset Outreach team, providing 1:1 community-based support to a young adult near Dorchester. You will accompany them to activities, clubs, and appointments, helping them stay active and build confidence in a supportive, patient environment.
Shifts run 09:00–15:00, Monday to Friday, in Dorchester and surrounding areas. A driving licence and access to your own car are desirable.

They are a sociable and friendly person in their early twenties who thrives on routine, humour, and connection. They enjoy spending time outdoors, all things gardening, music, festivals, swimming, and trying new foods. They are also keen to build up their volunteering and community involvement. They’re happiest when outside in nature, doing things they enjoy, they need support to safely access these opportunities whilst developing their independence.This individual responds well to upbeat, calm support workers who are patient, observant, and fun to be around. Having the same people around regularly helps them feel safe and supported.
Dorchester and surrounding areasShift patterns are 09:00-15:00, Monday – Friday.
This is a community-based support role with no personal care required. You’ll be accompanying them to activities, clubs, appointments, and volunteering roles.
As this is a 1:1 support role, a driver with access to your own car is essential Please note: This role involves full personal care, meal preparation, and following detailed routines.
£13.50 per hour
