Job summary

The Avenues Trust Group is seeking Bank Support Workers for Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. The role offers the chance to build meaningful relationships and support in a values-led, person-first environment.

You’ll help clients enjoy life, stay connected, manage finances, and keep homes welcoming, with flexible, zero-hours shifts and a focus on compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Experience is welcome but the right values, attitude and enthusiasm matter most.
• A valid driving licence is preferred to help people access the community.

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk.

Ideally, we are looking for applicants with a valid driving licence to enable the people we support to get actively involved in their community.
