As a Senior Care Assistant at our client's care home, you’ll look after the different needs of our residents to enable us to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the clinical team in areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant. We also require specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. We’re looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals committed to providing personalised care and support. You’ll have opportunities for ongoing training and career development, with many Senior Care Assistants progressing into roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
