ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Care Assistant at our client's care home, you’ll look after the different needs of our residents to enable the delivery of quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You may also support the clinical team in specific areas such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll always respect the dignity and preferences of residents and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.

ABOUT YOU

You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care to join us as a Bank Senior Care Assistant. Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly is also required. We’re looking for warm-hearted, compassionate individuals committed to providing personalized care and support. You’ll have opportunities for ongoing training and career development, with potential to progress into roles such as Care Practitioner, Regional Carer, or nursing roles.
