Job Details

Position: Care Home Manager

Type: Full Time – 40 hours per week

Salary: up to £65,000 (including 30% management bonus and a comprehensive benefits package)

About the Role

You will lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team, provide outstanding, personalized care, and focus on residents' wellbeing. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the home, identifying business opportunities, managing budgets, maintaining regulatory compliance, and building strong relationships with external partners such as local authorities and healthcare trusts. You will need to register with the regulator and may work out of hours occasionally.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong clinical knowledge with an LMCS, RMA, or equivalent management qualification
• Experience in a regulated sector with commercial acumen
• Ability to foster continuous improvement environments
• Effective communication skills and confident leadership style
