Job summary

Optegra Eye Healthcare in Uttoxeter is seeking a Bank Scrub Nurse to join our private Uttoexter Eye Hospital on a zero-hour contract with flexible shifts.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team delivering diagnostics, pre-assessment and post-operative ophthalmic care, ensuring the highest standards of patient care in a private hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse or ODP with current registration.
• NMC/ODP registration with no restrictions.
• Theatre experience of at least one year.
• Experience in private and operating settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide highest standards of care to patients.
• Work with clinical colleagues and optometrists delivering diagnostics, pre assessment and post operative ophthalmic care.

The Role

As part of a multi-disciplinary team with an emphasis on quality patient care, you will provide the highest standards of care to our patients. You’ll work alongside clinical colleagues and optometrists delivering diagnostics, pre assessment and post operative ophthalmic care and treatment.

What You’ll Need

• Be a Registered General Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner
• Have a current NMC/ODP registration with no restrictions
• Previous experience in an Theatre, minimum of one year
• Have knowledge in private and operation settings.
