Job summary

Optegra Eye Healthcare in Colchester is seeking a Bank Scrub Nurse to join our private Colchester Eye Hospital. This zero hour contract offers flexible shifts across our North London and Central London hospitals.

You’ll work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver diagnostics, pre-assessment and post-operative ophthalmic care and treatment, alongside clinical colleagues and optometrists, to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications

• Be a Registered General Nurse or Operating Department Practitioner.
• Have a current NMC/ODP registration with no restrictions.
• Previous experience in an Theatre, minimum of one year.
• Have knowledge in private and operation settings.

• Provide the highest standards of care to patients.
• Work alongside clinical colleagues and optometrists delivering diagnostics, pre‑assessment and post‑operative ophthalmic care and treatment.
