St Monica Trust is seeking Bank Team staff to deliver a holistic, person-centred service in our Bristol-area retirement villages. Roles span care, hospitality, housekeeping and more, with shifts designed to fit around your life.

You’ll contribute to hygiene, safety and resident wellbeing while collaborating with care home teams to meet residents’ needs and preferences. Flexible, supportive environment and opportunities for growth are offered.

Competenze

• IT and office programs including Word and Outlook.
• Basic food preparation and cleaning techniques.
• Understanding and applying health and safety rules.
• Knowledge of older people and issues in care settings.
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 and video call tools (FaceTime/Zoom).

Salary: £13.48 per hourHours: Bank hours. Shift times: 07:30-14:00, 11:00-18:30 or 11:00-19:30The Role:At St Monica Trust, we're a Bristol-based charity supporting older people to live fulfilling, independent lives. Our Bank Team provides flexible support across our retirement villages and services, with opportunities in a variety of roles including Care, Hospitality, Housekeeping, Gardening, Maintenance, Portering and more.Bank working gives you the flexibility to choose shifts that fit around your lifestyle, while becoming part of a friendly team and making a real difference to the lives of older people every day.What You'll Be DoingDelivery of a holistic, person-centred service to care home residents, which identifies their hospitality, housekeeping and catering needs and preferences.
