Turning Point in England is seeking compassionate Recovery Support Workers to join our bank staff. You will provide recovery-focused support to adults with mental health and complex needs, following individual plans, and help them build independence in their communities.

Flexibility is essential, with day and night shifts including evenings and weekends. Previous experience is welcome but not required; we value a proactive, caring attitude, willingness to assist with personal care and domestic
