You will work in varied settings, supporting individuals to improve wellbeing, access local resources and participate in everyday activities. Flexibility to cover rosters including evenings and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide recovery-focused support to service users in accordance with their support plans.
• Assist with personal care and domestic tasks as part of daily living support.
