Job summary

Turning Point in England is seeking a Recovery Support Worker to help adults with mental health and complex needs regain independence in their communities. You will support service users through person-centred plans, promoting engagement, wellbeing and access to local resources.

This role involves flexible shifts, including days and nights on a bank basis, and requires compassionate, proactive communication with service users and other professionals.
