Position Details

Optegra is seeking an experienced Bank Receptionist to join our team at the Brighton Eye Clinic. This is a zero-hours contract, with pay starting from £13 per hour, dependent on experience. Shifts are available on Fridays and Saturdays.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment, providing information about appointments, answering queries, and supporting hospital and patient administration, including billing.
