Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is hiring a Bank Practice Nurse for Hastings Hub, offering flexible bank shifts and a focus on high-quality patient care. You will perform assessments, treatments, screenings and health education as part of a supportive nursing team.

Experience in smear testing, chronic disease management, asthma, diabetes, wound care, health screening and risk assessment is valued. The role supports NHS pension opportunities and professional development within IC24’s primary care

Qualificações

• Experience in smear testing, chronic disease management, asthma, diabetes, wound care, health screening and risk assessment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy primary care setting.
• Knowledge of NMC standards and UK healthcare guidelines is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Bank role within IC24 Hastings Hub.
• Provide assessment, treatment, screening and health education to patients.
• Support safe, effective service delivery and contribute to service development.
