Integrated Care 24 (IC24) is hiring a Bank Practice Nurse for Hastings Hub, offering flexible bank shifts and a focus on high-quality patient care. You will perform assessments, treatments, screenings and health education as part of a supportive nursing team.

Experience in smear testing, chronic disease management, asthma, diabetes, wound care, health screening and risk assessment is valued. The role supports NHS pension opportunities and professional development within IC24’s primary care

Formación

• Experience in smear testing, chronic disease management, asthma, diabetes, wound care, health screening and risk assessment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy primary care setting.
• Knowledge of NMC standards and UK healthcare guidelines is beneficial.

As a Bank Practice Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care, working in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct. You will provide assessment, treatment, screening, and health education to our patients, working independently and alongside our team of nurses and GPs.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in:

• Smear testing
• Chronic disease management
• Asthma
• Diabetes
• Wound care
• Health screening
• Risk assessment

As a clinical member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and effective delivery and future development of the overall service, working towards the achievement of the Practice aims and objectives and supporting the delivery of the Practice business plan.
